General terms and conditions for the rental of the holiday apartment Inselresidenz am Wattenmeer
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the rental of the holiday apartment in apartment no. 8, 1st floor, Billstraße 24b, 26571 Juist, for accommodation as well as for all other services and deliveries from the landlord to the guest.
Conclusion of contract
The rental agreement is concluded upon the landlord's written acceptance of the prospective tenant's/guest's application. A booking confirmation can be issued by the landlord in writing. The contractual partner and landlord within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions is Wülfing Vermögensverwaltung GbR, Am Martinshof 22, 79263 Simonwald.
Services, prices, payment,
The holiday apartment is rented fully furnished and ready for use. The prices listed here include all utilities. A final cleaning fee of €160.00 is also charged, which must be paid with the total rental price before departure. Payment of the total rental price is made by bank transfer or PayPal and is due no later than two weeks before arrival.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged a fee of 90% of the rental price. The guest reserves the right to provide evidence of lesser damages. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
Guest's obligations
The guest undertakes to treat the holiday apartment and its furnishings with care. Any damage must be reported immediately. Upon departure, the apartment must be left in a clean condition (swept, dishwasher emptied, garbage disposed of, refrigerator empty), and any garbage must be removed.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for minor negligence, except in cases of injury to life, limb, or health. Liability for property damage is excluded unless this is due to gross negligence or intent.
Pets
Bringing pets is not permitted.
Withdrawal and termination by the landlord
The landlord can terminate the tenancy without notice if the tenant fails to make the agreed payments on time or behaves in a manner contrary to the contract.
Force majeure
If the fulfillment of the contract is significantly impaired by force majeure, either party may terminate the contract without further obligations.
Changes to the contract
Changes and additions to this contract must be made in writing.
Severability clause
The invalidity of individual provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
Place of jurisdiction
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the landlord's place of residence.
